Achieve a calmer state of mind, and a mind body connection, with mindful and intentional breathing. Due to popular request, I am offering sessions on Zoom, specifically to teach diaphragmatic slow breathing exercises, to calm anxiety and encourage respiratory rehabilitation. Athletes and professional singers, public speakers and yogi meditators, have long known the calming power of re-oxygenating the blood, through breathing exercises and correct posture. These exercises are also used by sufferers of Emphysema and COPD, and may be useful to people recovering from Covid 19.
